During these 100+ days I've gotten quite a lot of comments from Steemitans saying how me setting this challenge and keeping track of my personal improvement inspired them and that they wanted to do something similar.
This past week @spite77 started his own 100 Day Challenge with the goal to get out of his comfort zone and change his life for the better. (Announcement post). He also believes everyone in one way or another wants change in their life but is heavily held back by their comfort zone and how writing about it while being part of a group here on Steemit who do the same can make all the difference when it comes down to motivation.
So he created the #100daychallenge steemit tag here on steemit to group people who want to make some kind of personal transformation!
Not long after, @holgerwerner joined in on the challenge with the goal to let go of some old belief systems that held him back to reach bigger goals in life. (His Announcement Post)
I really like this ripple effect on Steemit and I hope many more will join this challenge with daily or weekly posts about the progress they are making in no matter what it is they want to improve or overcome!
I'm in somewhat of auto-pilot again these past couple days and am pretty much using the very hot weather as an excuse. These #100daychallenge posts did give me a burst of inspiration to go on an unplanned run in the morning. I failed on most other aspects though not completing my reps and eating a chocolate waffle in the evening (having come to a point where just eating 1 waffle is concidered a failed day when it comes down to eating healthy is quite a victory on it's own)
