Hello, steemians, I am not very expert in yoga, but if I went to some yoga practice and I read several books related to yoga and to all these I can say some tips I hope it will be useful.

They have proven to be a great contribution to physical and emotional health, which is why they continue to gain supporters. However, many people wonder how to practice yoga at home, as they do not have the time or flexibility to do it in other spaces.

Everything is a matter of organizing and properly planning the activity. Now, practicing yoga at home is an excellent idea because you can schedule your hours according to the availability of your time. It also saves money in classrooms and avoids trips that are sometimes uncomfortable.

3. Keep a record

To perfect the practice of yoga at home, nothing better than keeping a daily record of what happens in the session. It is important to write down how you feel before, during and after doing yoga. What difficulties you find and what your intuition tells you about the effects that this practice has on your body and your mind.
