👍🏼 22k rainy 🌧 day = My Actifit Report Card: November 23 2018 👀

_{🇺🇸 In the long walk today, I have worn the FiveFingers Spyridon: I found them very comfortable, even on wet ground! 😜}

🇺🇸 Even today, although we left after midday, we 🐶🐕🐶
had a long walk along the river.

We left with the sky slightly veiled, so that we could see the sun, but halfway through the path began to drizzle: we are then back home beautiful waterlogged, satisfied and 💯 very happy! 😜

😍 Even today I am very grateful for having lived this day with awareness! 🙏🏻

🇮🇹 Anche oggi, pur uscendo dopo mezzogiorno, abbiamo 🐶🐕🐶 fatto una lunga passeggiata lungo il fiume.

Siamo partiti con il cielo leggermente velato, tanto che si intravedeva il sole, ma a metà percorso ha cominciato a piovigginare: siamo quindi tornati a casa belli zuppi d’acqua, felici e 💯 molto contenti! 😜

😍 Anche oggi sono molto grato per aver vissuto con consapevolezza questa giornata! 🙏🏻
