My Actifit Report Card: 13/02/19
Quite an active day today. Took the dogs for a walk in the morning and it was really nice with the glorious sun we've had all day! The rest of the day didn't amount to much, but I made sure to give the dogs a lot of attention. I did a little bit of Dissertation work, and otherwise had a quiet day.
Tomorrow I'll go for a run first thing in the morning, probably just an easy 10km but I'll incorporate a flat-out section to get used to running at tempo for Parkrun on Saturday.
