Today's activities included 14.4 Km (8.95 Miles) walking and 36 Km (22.37 Miles) cycling.
Needless to say that with a temperature
around 34 C° (92.2 °Farhrenheit) it was a tough challenge for me. Especially knowing that it was my first ride since I am in Germany.
