Last weekend, my friends have decided to have a once in a lifetime experience, something wild, something environmentally friendly, and we have decided to get ourselves a treat to a once in a lifetime experience at the famous Canyoneering spot at Cebu, Philippines, The Kawasan Falls.
The river was discovered by local residents of Badian, Compostela, Alegria and Matutinao, Cebu Philippines. In addition, around the year 2001, a group of foreigners has visited the place and did a mountain exploration together with the residents. They were the first who introduce this so called Canyoning or Canyoneering activity which means traveling thru canyons using different style and techniques.
This is a total package experience for those people who like extreme activities. Not to mention we are being guided by the experts. Our tour guides are very professional and ensure our safety every time were on a different track. I love the place, this is a one way to appreciate the beauty of nature. I would like to try it the second time around, but this time, I want more friends to come.
