Man can't do anything with perfection so how can we develop "learning algorithms" that decide who is and who isn't an enemy combatant. Terminator machines I think are the beginning of the end for mankind. I'm familiar with robot production and there really are robots that make other robots today just like in the terminator movies. Robots are flawed just like the humans that create them. So let's build robust nearly indestructible machines that kill people. Killing a human being is a moral decision that should not be left to a bloody algorithm. Pun intended.
