My name is Ryan and I'm usually your first line of support when you submit a ticket to Bittrex support. I joined the Bittrex team over two years ago. I had previously coded and maintained the exchange CryptoALTeX, but the work load was too much and the Bittrex team asked me to join their team as the first line of support for customers. Currently I typically get the first touch on all customer support tickets and escalate to Richie if it's something that requires a more hands on approach with the system.
Personal Life
A little about me. I'm 34 years old, married and have two daughters and a child of unknown sex in the oven right now. I enjoy spending time in the mountains, biking, hiking, fishing, camping, etc. I also enjoy gaming (CS:GO mostly) and playing guitar in whatever bits of free time I can find. I have been a hobbyist with computers since my early teenage years.
Career
My love of computers has allowed me to develop a broad base of skills and apply them to information security. In 2009 I received a master's degree in Information Assurance from Norwich University and formally started my information security career path. Currently I am an information security analyst for a very large photo storage company and have previously worked in the payment card industry as a principal security engineer.
