If this explosive story is true, it may have finally closed one of the most notorious unsolved murders of all time.
Themurder of Tupac Shakur remains one of the biggest unsolved murders of the past 20 years. Among his fans—and fans of hip hop in general—speculation has run wild about who targeted one of the greatest rappers of all time. Now, Suge Knight, who was in the car when Tupac got shot, is allegedly telling the world who did the shooting, and it's a complete shock.
According to some sources, Knight alleges that he was the actual target of the shooting that night. He says that the killing was ordered by his ex-wife, Sharitha Golden, who had an old bodyguard, Reggie Wright Jr., carry out the hit. Tupac was just caught in the crossfire and killed. If this is true, it would be a truly shocking turn of events.

Later that evening, at the intersection of Flamingo Road and Kovar Avenue, Shakur was in the passenger seat of Suge Knight's BMW 750iL. As they sat at a red light, a sedan rolled up to the vehicle's right side and opened fire.
The bullets hit both Shakur and Knight, with Shakur hit four times. He would die from his injuries on September 13, 1996.
Speculation immediately turned to Biggie Smalls and other members of Bad Boy records. The East Coast-West Coast feud had gotten extremely heated, with the two trading insults on diss tracks.
People immediately suspected that those on the East Coast were responsible. That speculation heated up with Biggie was killed six months later, allegedly in retaliation for Tupac's killing.
Others suspected it was the man who was jumped earlier in the night, Orlando "Baby Lane" Anderson. Afeni Shakur, Tupac's mother, actually sued Anderson for wrongful death in relation to her son's murder.
Anderson denied any involvement in the murder. He was killed in 1998 in a shootout with gang members and maintained his innocence until the day he died.
