Very Delicious And Yummy Dessert Flavored With Rose Syrup!

Today i am going to share with Steemians a yummy dessert "Vermicelli and Basil Seeds Falooda" recipe.

Vermicelli and Basil Seeds Falooda

Ingredients:

2 teaspoons Basil seeds
Handful of Vermicelli
1 1/2 cups Milk
2 tablespoons Sugar
2 tablespoons Rose Syrup
2 Scoops Ice Cream
Bunch of Pistachios chopped for garnishing
Few freshly chopped fruits (Apple,banana,mango,kiwi,strawberry)
Few Rose petals

Preparation:

  1. Soak basil seeds in the water for at least 30 minutes.

  2. Take milk and sugar in a pan. Let it boil on medium heat.

  3. Let it boil for 5 minutes till it becomes little thick and then chill it in the refrigerator.

  4. Take some water in a pan, let it come to a rolling boil and then add vermicelli,
    let it cook for 5 minutes.

  5. Drain it and rinse it with cold water immediately to avoid further cooking, cut them into small 1 inch pieces with knife or kitchen scissors.

  6. Take two glasses, Add spoonful of soaked basil seeds and cooked vermicelli to it.

  7. Add 1 tablespoon of rose syrup in each glass and freshly chopped fruits.

  8. Pour the milk in it, basil seeds will float on top, then add scoop of ice cream.

  9. Garnish it with chopped pistachios and rose petals.
