Looks like the price had it rather to return to the tested bottom then confirming the higher low from yesterday.
Seems to be one of the quieter days.

Instead of confirming the higher low that the price was in yesterday, it went, slowly but surely, down to the tested support level where it seems to be making a mild mild turn.

The Bittrex price also backed down to its support line, although, it seems on Bittrex the price wants to go down even more. something to keep an eye on.

In comparison to yesterday the volume has dropped significantly, one of the lowest volume on STEEM if I'm right.
That is also to notice on the coinmarketcap list, STEEM dropped quite a few places, but still in the top 20, which is quite decent for a what is considered low volume day.
