All Creative Content Submitted Will Be Used In This Animation.

As some of you may or may not know I'm a freelance animator and video editor. I choose to freelance as it gives me the time and freedom to be creative and express myself in many different ways. I've recently created this account to share with the community some of my creative work and to support others in the creative community by upvoting and sharing their creative content.

I came up with the idea for a collaborative community animation a while back before I even signed up to Steemit. I never really took it any further as I didn't feel there was a platform this project would work on. But I recently came to the realization that Steemit would be the perfect platform to try this project out on. So here we are.

How It Will Work

I would like to involve as many Steemit users work as possible from all different creative and non-creative backgrounds so I intend to use every single piece of content submitted to this project. I purposely haven't used the words drawings or pictures as an animation needs more than just artwork. All creative content should be made specifically for this project. Below is a list of the kind creative content that can be submitted.

• Artwork

Any medium: pencil, pen, paint, graffiti, digital, etc.

• Photography

Photographs of landscapes, portraits, objects, etc.

• Audio

Music, sfx, samples, etc.

• Story

This is the glue that'll bring the whole animation together. As there can only be one story this will need to go to a vote. I thought the best way to do this would be to leave a comment below outlining your story idea and we'll let Steemit vote for the best one. It doesn't have to be a fully scripted story, just an outline of the story idea or theme will do. I'd like to keep the animation to under 2 minutes max so it's best to keep your story ideas simple. There will be no actual speaking in it.

EDIT: I've removed the story submission part of this project for now. As it is a new project I think it'll get complicated trying bind all the random images and audio together with a story.

The Technical Stuff

Images

Ideally what we'll need for this project are single object such as cars, trees, spaceships, whisks, street lamps, signs, buildings, planets, glasses, doors, microphones, food items, clouds, market stalls, animals, people, aliens, landscapes, etc. These can be of anything in any medium, styles or format you choose, the more random things the better. I put together animations in layers so each object or picture will be its own layer in the 3D environment. Images submitted should consist of one item or object on a white or transparent background in either .jpg or .png format and in as larger format and as higher quality as possible. Photos submitted should also be as big as possible to maintain quality.

Audio

Audio can be submitted in either mp3 or wav. you can either upload it to soundcloud and turn on the download function or upload it to https://instaud.io/, and post the link to it in either a post and link the post in he comments or directly in the comments below.

Summary

• The content should be an original piece created by you.

• The content should be created specifically for this project.

• One submission per person of either a graphic, image, photo or audio clip.

• Please include your Steemit name somewhere in your submission when naming it.

• To have your content upvoted and included in this project please upvote and resteem this post to give it maximum visibility.

This is a chance to showcase some of your great content and creative skills and will ultimately help to give your work even more exposure.

This is a brand new project idea so I'm really unsure about how it will be received. Depending on how many submissions it gets this week I shall either start putting the animation together in 7 days time or I'll put a second call out next week requesting further content.

Once the animation is complete I'll upload it and create a post which will include every persons name alongside their piece of content. I'll also include a breakdown of how I created it. The finished animation post will get a resteem from my main account @fortified which has 62 rep and nearly a 1000 followers.

I've rented 2500SP delegation for 2 weeks especially for this project so each comment or post submission received will get between 50 - 100% upvote from me depending on the amount of submissions I receive per day. This works out at between 0.18-0.36 $SBD per submission.
