Hello Steemians!
Finally!!! My internet is back... There was a connection problem for my ISP earlier, so I couldn't post this. I was so excited to show my entry for this... (even though it's not so good, but I'm so proud to finish it!! lol)
Anyway, this is my entry for @htliao's Anime Character Drawing Challenge # 2. The challenge is about creating your own "Steemit Hero Character".
I really love "archers"! I find them really cool... be it in anime or real life. <3 That's the reason why I chose to create my own Steemit Hero which is an archer... and I call him "YOICHIRO". Well, there's no special meaning for the name, but I really find names ending in "ichiro" cool.. hahaha xD
So, I won't hold you long... allow me to present my Original Steemit Hero Character!!!

THE PROCESS
First up, I tried sketching it... I'm not really good at making a full body character and my sketching is so messy, so please bear with me... I used 0.5 Faber-Castell Grip-Matic mechanical pencil
And since the theme is Steemit Hero, I designed it with Steemit Logo...
Somehow, it has already taken it's form...
Next would be inking... It was too nerve-racking for me... I was actually too scared to ink it... huhu xD I did it, anyway...
so, I started with the face.. xD I used Artline pen 0.2
Then, I inked the upper part of the body, then the lower part...
I barely survived... T_T
Next up, I erased the primary sketch to get the artwork ready for coloring..
And so, here's my favorite part!! Bringing the character into life through my Faber-Castel Watercolor Pencils... ^^ Let's start with the hair...
Next, the cloak.. ^^
Then, the outfit.. ^^ I mainly used various shades of blue, because "Steemit" haha xD
As for the Steemit bow, I used Steemit color and gold... ^^ (because gold.. is indestructible! well, almost.. hahaha xD)
Finally for the coloring part, the eyes and the skin.. ^^
Of course, let's attach the character's name and my username.. ^^
