Waterway Terraces - Punggol, Singapore
One of the Public housing provided by Singapore to its Citizens. The development encapsulates a part of a waterway which was also designed to cater to the needs of the residents.
Each unit has a proper cross ventilation and blocks have also its own green courtyards.
The building design is far from the usual public housing designs you see around the country which makes this stand out more.
The colors used blends naturally with the surrounding and the patterns in the facade that resembles leaves.
