The Earth and the Universe

The creation of the World Painting Workshop

The actual painting made by one of our student from Rizal Park

From the Bible Story, "The Creation of the World", the kids got the inspiration for their paintings.
Many of them chooses to paint the trees and animals, many also made an abstract interpretation of what they listened to.

Before the start of the painting session, the volunteers teach them how to mix paint and colors to make a new hue. We only used Black, White, Red, Blue and Yellow, and we got more colors. The children enjoyed to use the paint brushes and some of them want to paint more.

After that we proceed to the painting session proper. Their imagination is so high and we just assisted them on getting the colors they want.
Each children were interviewed about their interpretation and explanation of their paintings.

Each paintings made during this workshop will be displayed in their first exhibit on August 26, 2018 from 10 AM to 5PM at Orchidarium, Rizal Park.

National Parks Development Committee took partnership with us to be able to make this workshop possible. They also provided the tables and sound system together with presentable and beautiful place to gather all the children in the venue
