Hey guys,
Today I want to share some pictures of a wall painting that I and @ayushijain had done sometime back in our college. It was our second attempt on wall art which was done in the college cafeteria and this one was a little challenging than the first one as the surface was very rough and uneven. We had to directly paint on bricks with some time constraint and a LOT OF HEAT but it was quite a lot of fun!
In the beginning we thought how hard could it be?
But yes, when your canvas is at an angle of 90 degrees it can get a little difficult (especially for those who do not paint/sketch vertically). We worked with emulsion and got some insight on the different types of paints and their do's and don'ts. We also understood what a color spectrum is and how do we use it, so many color combinations, their proportions, etc.
We started off with an outline of the picture that was already given to us for reference. Initially, we faced issues with the proportions but then we used the grid system for making our lives easier :P
I personally loved doing this and would definitely do it again. After all, it's all about exploring and trying out new things, no?
Lots Of Love <3
Stay Awesome~! :)
