About a year ago I found this stunning painting on the walls of a factory, in Windhoek, Namibia. The walls are covered with several large images of animals. An amazing discovery.
Later when I found out that the artist is DALeast, a Chinese artist. This is the first painting I have seen from him, but checking him out, I learned that he is living in Cape Town, but travelling all over the world, painting his murals.
His paintings look as 3D and as if they are created of thousands metal shards. But they are painted on a flat surface. A tecnique he often uses.
Among his main subjects are animals, and he often show them hunting or in motion, as the ones here.
When checking his web site, I was impressed...
