Close to the churh, the kirk of St. Nicholas, is the Union Terrace Gaden, which has an amazing amount paintings.
Simply by accident I just went down the stairs to take a walk in the park. And there, along the wall there were paintings all the way along one side of the park.
Many of them were signed by «Smokie». Have not managed to find out anything about who he or she is.
I had a few hours to spend, waiting for a flight and within those hours I think I counted more than 30 pieces of art! All in the city center.
