Finally i have some time to do another commissioned portrait. This portrait was requested already more than a month ago, but the person was just very early, which is great because sometimes people think that a good quality hand drawn portrait can be done in 1 hour, but it far from the truth.
It is great when a person understands the time and gives some free space for an artist to do the job in his own time. Nothing good can be done if the things are being rushed.
This portrait is going great so far. Started with the eyes as usual and tried to focus mostly on the realism in the eyes. This boy has a very exiting look, very different, so i want to reflect that in my portrait too. Made one closeup photo of the eye too. The eyeball i did with 2B pencil but the rest i did with 2H.
