I used to spend some spare time with my friends running around the city to find a proof top cafe's for those shooting.
I believe that there are more angel to shoot, but these are the places I found:

Chava Brigde , at District 8
This was taken when I had a dinner at my friend house's proof top
This time I climbed to one of the highest building in the city. The view was so beautiful, but the drink was so expensive too.
