This is a great idea to work together as collaborator artists! I've just seen @everlove 's article, and provoked me to play and create.

I used only free softwares.
Firstly, DeepDream online generator: https://deepdreamgenerator.com - I made a series of trippy images by going deeper and deeper. These images turned to be the frames of my gif.
Then I edited an animated gif with the free PhotoScape as well. You can download this program here: https://photoscape.hu.softonic.com
