Sorry the title was a mistake. The man seen in this picture was actually not only waiting but also expecting although both work is only for people who have a long breath. So, I suppose, if somebody had to do both work (waiting or expecting), then he'd better stand in the open air. Yes, like the guy in the picture did. It will be more helpful.
