This is a painting commissioned by my friend psychologist. He has chosen the theme of the battle. He always appreciated my paintings. He has very classic tastes. So the idea was born and the curiosity to see how I would have imagined a classic battle, but in 2016. He loved it.
The painting is very symbolic. All the characters in the painting, including the vitality of the horses, the darkness of the sky and the dust, they're all the representation of human existence. Life exists as long as the battle is alive. In a state of quiet life no longer exists.
