Today I decided to relax and create a piece of artwork for the second round of @papa-pepper's Wild and Strange Contest. The contestants needed to use the winning photo from round 1 to create a custom piece of art. Let's walk through the process of creating my first "art piece" in probably two decades. UPDATE! Forgot to include this earlier.I will give one SD to whoever can guess what song the final piece is in reference too! Hint: There are two major clues in the final product!
First I put on my best thinking pants and socks! You know my style is snazzy!LOL
Got as close to the sky as I could and meditated on what fantastic piece of art I would create.
Made a custom color copy.
Decided to print a black and white copy along with the color copy.
Made the best puzzle I could and then the cat decided to play with the paper! Pieces everywhere!
Found a piece of "canvas".
Spent over an hour reassembling and gluing the picture(No joke...the cat put me in a world of hurt).
WAIT WAIT YOU THOUGHT I WAS DONE?
NO IT GETS SERIOUS NOW.
YOU KNOW IT'S SERIOUS WHEN YOU GET OUT THE TOOLS AND A RADIATOR!
Had to move the tools to the porch because it started raining as soon as I got them set up!
Cut a hole in the radiator to make a picture frame.
Mounted the picture!
Hung my Masterpiece in my tool room/office!
Had loads of fun making this post!
