There's no better way to say "Hi Everyone, I haven't abandoned steemit I'm just busy!" than to jump into one of @everlove's ever imaginative collaborations as you wait for a bus.
So I started playing with everloves "No strings attached" photo on my phone to see what happened.
To start I simply played with the standard editing functions and themes. Making changes and running each new version through the editor until I had this.
I love how the changing colours of the strings sit against the soft light and yellow hues of the background.
Then I used a stock photo and a double exposure app to combine the two images, before returning to the standard editing software or some more tweaking.
It took a few tries to not lose the strings
I ran the image back through the double exposure app, this time choosing a stunning young dear as the subject.
I just adore how the grass from the dear image and the trees underneath created deep luscious greens reminding me of my time in Scotland.
I ran the new image through another app, that lets you add an artists style to your image. Unfortunately It doesn't name the artists while I recognised most of them I couldn't name this particular artist from the sample image the app displayed. finally, I returned to the standard editor for a little cropping and tweaking. I actually created a few versions of this when I was playing but this was by far my favourite.
You don't have to be an artist to join in with everloves collaboration,
you just have to be open to experimentation.
so why not check out her post and have a go yourself.
