Edward James Muybridge in 1878, figures from the United States made 16 drawings of horses, which is connected into 16 frame as if the horse was running. Frame by frame this be the beginning of the fundamental concepts of filmmaking. Visual horse ran it into the first animated motion pictures in the world.
The same techniques we still enjoy to this day, on Animated GIFs .

I love this Animated GIFs, I always laugh at this picture, when the video shoot I was location, video format is converted to animation GIFs file. I always laugh to see the fun comrades.
