Colored pencil is becoming more and more popular among artists,for sketching and for finishing works.To adapt to market demands manufacturers product colored pencils in a wide range of colors and shades.colors can be mixed in a lot of different ways.Pencils soluble in water incereases the possibility of mixing colors;color can be applied as a thin coat of water and clean paintbrush,covered in a different tone,a different color intervene in a first with a little more water.do not overdo the mixing wet paint coats,because some of the indviduals pens color pigment is chalky and leave a blurry mess colorless when is mixed wet.
