The CDC man in Georgia said it would only cost him $1.9 billion. Sounds good. This may sound racist, but black and white people probably feel the same way about each other (see Civil War). So much to get rid of white people, so much to get rid of black people altogether.
I have traveled through bad parts of town, before and after gentrification. And I have to admit, some places feel safer after gentrification. The location where Dr. King grew up used to be the end of the road. Now there's Serpa's; the yuppie couple get out of Uber and disappear, on foot into the new townhome community. A good time was had by all.
Don't get rid of the mosquitos too quickly; there may unleash something worse, say mutant mosquito hawks which attack human beings all of a sudden, once their dinner is removed.
