Entry for Artstorm Contest #30

Hey, guys! What’s up? :D

This is my entry for the artstorm contest by @deemarshall.

Today's theme is Dog racing and as always you only have 15 minutes to make your drawing.

I love animals so it affects me a lot when something bad happens to them. I honestly don't know why this kind of competition is entertaining. I was planning to draw something fun, but after seeing some pictures I didn't think it was right to do it.

Once again, the human treats the animal as an object.

Sometimes I see photos online to inspire myself and the only thing I got this time was annoyance towards the people who promote these contests. Among the photos of dogs competing, I found some animal abuse (quite explicit I have to say). They use them and when a dog "doesn't work" anymore, they are discarded.
