Mercury Retrograde (Aug 30 to Sep 22); avoid doing these things or you'll regret!

Things to avoid during mercury retrograde

If you follow and instill belief in astrology, then you’ll know the upshot of Mercury retrograde. Those of you, who do not know- in astrology, Mercury is the planet that governs communication, clear thinking, truth and travel in our lives.
Please take this post with a pinch of salt.. Please keep what you think is relevant to you. By no means is this intended to scare you or make you believe in things you do not want to believe in!

1. What is retrograde?
When a planet is moving forward it means that it tends to bring in positive effect on the hosting zodiac, whereas a retrograde indicates a planet’s backward move poorly influencing the zodiac.

2. Difference of orbit
This phenomenon occurs over four times in each year and this year it affected all the earth signs. As unlike Earth, Mercury is much closer to the sun, therefore, its orbit is up to 4 times shorter than that of Earth.

3. Impact
So, from today, the 3rd movement of Mercury retrograde has begun and entered zodiac sign Virgo. And, of course this is going to be a great time of the year for some. But, if you avoid doing these 5 things, you might not have to regret later.

4. Do Not Get Involved In Any Agreement
As Mercury is retrograding, it is advised that you do not sign papers or verbally agree symbolizing a new agreement. Neither is it a good time to apply for loans.
You may think that things are visibly going your way, but that’s not how it will end! In fact, what seems to look doable right now, may come across as unachievable much later into the operations.
Tiny details or clauses of the agreement that would have otherwise surfaced would go unnoticed during this time.

5. Avoid New Ventures
For those, who have been working hard and too long to launch their start-up or new product, must wait until this period is over. Also, if you plan to pitch an exciting new idea to your boss, you might better want to wait.
Something is expected to go wrong somewhere during this period; it might be the tiniest mistake causing huge losses or a flawless strategy with equally poor presentation.

6. Don’t Plan Major Meetings
Routine meet-ups and strategic plan discussion is okay, but it is advised to not organize a big conference VC or big level sessions; they wouldn’t materialize as expected.
To avoid a dramatic mess and unprofessional personification, it is better to stick out and wait. Anything that requires communicating to a large crowd with you as center of attention is a strict no-no, as with Mercury retrograding things won’t take long to go from bad to worse.

7. Leave Travel for Later
If you have been planning a quick getaway or a long holiday- solo, with your loved one or family, now isn’t the right time. All the expected fun will seem to become frustration.
Things can get botched-up at airport, with your luggage, with your or your family’s health, in all leaving your excitement dreary. Also professional trips won’t be as fruitful as expected.

8. Strictly No-Shopping!
This news might come as a breather for some and bad news for others; any guesses who?? Jokes apart, the period of Mercury retrograde isn’t looking good for buying stuff.
Anything you buy during this period will leave you regretting in the next second. It’s like throwing in your hard-earned money into a garbage bin. Deliveries could get botched-up, products can be faulty, non-refundable transactions can cost you huge.

For you, You must come first!
Use this time to sit back, relax and spend some time with yourself. Live in the moment and cherish what all is around you, the nature and its miracles, your loved ones, etc.

P.S. Basically, what this means is do not do anything auspicious, important. In short do nothing..
Now I personally do not believe this stuff, but this is for the consumption of the ones who do believe in astrology (extreme things really, though I believe in astrology but not in such extreme thoughts).

Post your comments below.. :-)
