Everybody Say Hello and Show Some Love to Little Ted

The following post is an entry for the #bahbarabuddycontest and is also a means to introduce everyone to someone dear to me and my Faateh- Little Ted. If you already don’t know who Faateh is, he is my almost 4 year old son.

Little Ted is a little, cute teddy bear I have had since a long time who has now become good friends with my son. Since Little Ted loves to talk, let me not interfere much in his post since this is his time to shine. So Little Ted here you go. Here is he with my son and then the both of us in the pictures below:

Hey Bahbara,

IMG_20171022_111455.jpg

How are you?I am in the photo above. I don’t know if you will like me much or not or whether or not you’ll choose to be penpals with me, but I really like you. Although I have a few nice friends here in this house and Faateh and Sharoon are quite nice to me, I feel often they don’t understand me well. For starters, they are quite the giants in the house when it comes to size. I have a huge mind and an even bigger heart, but I am quite little size wise. While they (Sharoon and Faateh) can easily roam here and then, I have to struggle hard to get things and do what I want.

Just like you were struggling with the fence in that picture you sent, I am often struggling with things too. You see, I love to eat and bananas are just my favorite. However, often I have to put in a lot of effort to get access to them especially when Faateh and Sharoon are busy feeding themselves. They eat a lot especially Sharoon and I am nobody to judge, but gosh she goes crazy when she sees fruit so often when she is busy gulping down one banana after another, she forgets about me and then when she is not around, I try to find some for myself like I am doing in the photo below.

I have been with Sharoon for about 10 years now and with Faateh for about 4. Before that, I was with her friend who then passed me on to her. She loved me but then she felt she loved Sharoon more so she gave me to her. I don’t mind being passed on. I believe there is a lot of love inside me which gets shared, spread and multiplied when I move from one house to another. So far, I have spread love to everyone who has held me and touched me so that has to be well lots of people. I am not too good at counting and I cannot count after 20, so I don’t know exactly how many people have interacted with me so far so the number has to be ‘plenty’ :P

Sharoon once tried to teach me to count but I am quite a slow learner and I kept making fun of the way she said 21, she has a funny accent at times so after a few tries she gave up on me. I love teasing her and she enjoys doing the same with me. We are quite good friends really and this house has become more fun after Faateh came in here but nonetheless, I wish to have someone my size and type here.

My actual name isn’t Little Ted. Well, the girl I lived with previously called Tee but when Sharoon had me, she changed my name to Little Ted and somehow I like it better. I am fun, a little dumb, love to eat and love watching Peppa Pig. That’s my favorite show. Well, I also watch FRIENDS at times when Sharoon puts it on in her alone time and when I am in the same room as hers. However, looking outside the window and thinking about my own fantasies is what I love really. I once heard Sharoon talking about introverts with someone and that made me feel, I am one too. What about you? Are you an introvert too? I will be waiting for a reply from you. Do post soon.

Lots of love,

Little Ted

P.S. I hope we get to be friends and that too, best friends forever and ever.

I hope you enjoyed this post and liked Little Ted too. Do show him some love.

Love,
Sharoon.
