Charcoal Kettle Tutorial - The Snake Method

The Aussie Griller has developed a great technique for overnight low and slow bbq with charcoal.

The snake method is a great option for low and slow smoker cooks on your charcoal BBQ grill. This method enables your kettle grill to hold low consistent temperatures for long periods of time. By lining up the charcoal around the edge of the grill in a double row, you can get the charcoal to slowly burn around the edge of your grill for longer burn times.
