I'll be the first to admit it. I love Sunday. I do! There is always an inspiring morning in church, followed by a cafe, I love the luxury of sipping on a long, leisurely @c0ff33a while plotting out my week. After that, there is brunch and the menu on that is varied and delicious. Always! A walk in a park, in my neighborhood, on the beach. You pick. It's Sunday! It's eclectic. Random posts all the way. Mix'em and Match them.

There was an Air Show recently and honestly, I marvel at the precision with which these pilots fly. How does it feel to be a part of one moving piece? "Trust is built and maintained by many small actions over time."

Know your dreams have wings- fly high like a bird. You know no bounds. Fly high. Fly far.

Flight is freedom in its purest form.

Blueberries, strawberries, banana and kiwi. I love the berries. Another one that is a favorite... Wait, you got me, they are all my favorites! Who can resist?

Okay... you know the drill!!! Let's do a refrigerator check!!! Open up wide and take a picture! That always keeps me honest on the junk I put in it. I just finished shopping the other day, so it has awesome yumminess still inside!

Well, until next week. You know I am going to bother you. But, no fretting. I will post a flower in a little bit. After you eat your spinach. Let's not forget that we all need 5 servings of fruits and vegetables every single day.
