The departures of Sundays have become a classic, the most grateful is my granddaughter Abigail, is expectant to the arrival of the weekend, everything makes us suppose that they will be fun days. Today a family friend of my daughter Brenda came to visit.

As a treat we organized lunch for the popular Corrientes barbecue, bought beef, sausages, blood sausages and chinchulines.

We start slowly to burn the coal, this is fundamental for the realization of the roast

While the charcoal was finished burning, the grill was in charge of preparing and salting the meat.

Once the charcoal and meat were prepared it was time to put the meat to cook, cooked over a low heat, this makes the meat juicier

In less than an hour the roast was ready to eat.

While the meat was cooking, my wife Gabriela knelt and prepared some quince-flower pastries and another sweet potato, to take to the beach and eat while we ate mate.

Abigail was very happy to know that we were going for a walk to the beach, as expected to have a good time by the sand.

Thus ends our walk on the beach, nothing can be done against the disposition of the destination, rather than accept as it is presented and enjoy a beautiful family Sunday, see you next Sunday.
