The main idea of snacks is that they are healthy foods, to prevent diseases and obesity in children. However, to be a weekend, you can incorporate this snack in the afternoon, with a delicious dessert based on eggs, oil, little sugar, flour and lemon juice.
Ingredients
4 eggs
2 ¼ cups wheat flour
¾ cup of sugar
1 cup of oil
¾ cup of lemon juice
1 tablespoon baking powder

Process:
The first thing we have to do is preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Then, separate the yolks of the egg whites, and then beat the egg whites until stiff.
Once this point was achieved, place the 4 yolks in a bowl, then add the egg whites to the snow, the sugar and proceed to beat.
Then add the rest of the ingredients (oil, flour, lemon juice, a tablespoon of baking powder and the zest of a lemon) and whisk to mix everything.
Next, place the mixture on the previously prepared tray with butter and sprinkle with a little flour. Leave to bake for 45 minutes. To know if it is ready, you just have to sink a wooden stick and if it comes out clean, you can remove it from the oven. After the cake has cooled, proceed to demold.
As my intention was to surprise the family today Sunday, I prepared a mixture to cover the cake, with lemon cream. With the only add in a pot on low heat, the amount of 80 ml of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of cornstarch two egg yolks, beat constantly until it thickens and covers the cake with this cream.
