Hello, friends of Steemit, as it is customary Venezuela, in the Easter week the fish omelette are prepared, today Resurrection Sunday, I prepared them to my children for lunch.
Ingredients
400 gr. Shredded fish (dogfish, tuna or ray)
3 eggs
2 Tablespoons wheat flour
3 medium potatoes
1 Banana
Pinch of salt
Preparation mode:
1.- Previously, the potatoes are sliced and parboiled. Then chop the banana into slices and fry them.
2.- Then we take the 3 eggs and separate the whites from the yolks, to beat them to the point of snow.
3.- Next we add the yolks, the tablespoons of flour and the pinch of salt to the previous mixture, mix again and proceed to pour a small portion of this homogeneous mixture, into a hot pan, previously greased with oil.
4.- Immediately place a layer of fish, another layer of bananas and then another layer of the parboiled potatoes and finally, add another portion of the homogeneous mixture, to seal both sides of the omelette, it is recommended to cover the pan and then turn the omelette to complete the cooking.
Here I leave my omelet already finished.

These omelettes can be accompanied with rice and beans or simply with slices of toasted bread if it is the case that is available for dinner.
