Hello, I want to share with you today's super healthy breakfast, it is supernatural, simple, easy to prepare, nutritious and when you are exercising it is an excellent snack, after exercising.
This recipe is based on banana, egg and rice cream. It is ideal for a healthy and fast breakfast since its preparation lasts 15 minutes. You can eat them alone or if you prefer to accompany them with ham, grated cheese or paisa cheese. Without further ado, I will present them below: Pancakes of Bananas.

Ingredients

1 Mature banana.

1 egg.

4 Tablespoons of cream of rice.

1 pinch of salt.

1 teaspoon vanilla. (Optional).

Preparation Mode:
STEP 1: Chop the banana into three or four parts and place in a bowl.

STEP 2: Add all the ingredients to the container where you placed the banana.
