It's Sunday evening and the weekend went by way too fast! Who wouldn't enjoy a relaxing bath at the end of the day, simply to relax and enjoy the peaceful feeling it gives your mind, body and soul?
I enjoy taking an epsom salt bath, adding aromatic bubble bath wash to the running water, burning a scented candle nearby, and having no music or sound at all in the background while the whirlpool jets hum...Total relaxation!🛀
You can make your own bath salts by mixing 2 cups of epsom salt with 15-30 drops of your favorite essential oil (especially those that induce relaxation). Store in a sealed glass jar.
I'm addicted to this new bath product called Le Petit Marseillais, distributed in the U.S. by Johnson & Johnson, even though the name is French. The lavender honey fragrance is delightful and soothing.
Go ahead and slip away for a few minutes, it's definitely worth the time!
