This sheep breed is called villsau/ wild sheep. It's the primeval sheep breed of Norway, and came to Norway 6000 years ago.
They can go outside all year long. When you have a pasture on the coast, you don't even have to give them extra food in winter.
The sheep is very small, but don't need much food. All they need is to graze. So they are low in cost.
They can be outside all year, and are therefore low maintenance. You can't clip ther wool, but you can make sheepskin pelts.
