Take a trek, go on horseback riding, shopping, have a picnic and how about flying a kite? Better yet why not do it all? Let me take you to this tourist spot and experience..........................

This place took us 4 hours travel by public transportation. Normally it takes just 3 hours but due to the traffic we spent a little longer on the bus. But if you have your own vehicle travel would be just around 2 hours. In addition we had to take a ride in this motorized vehicle which actually fits 5 passengers. Would you believe it? It was a fun ride getting here. We paid the driver around $1.50 from the city going to this place.

This is a map of the Taal Vocano which can be seen in this place. Spending afternoons just looking at it is a relaxing experience. You just need to find a quiet spot here and grab a hold of your loved one. Then just let the magic take over.

I'm no thrill seeker but maybe will try it one day.

They have a cable car which I think is new didn't get a chance to check the price. Looks fun and looks pretty safe.

Now if horse back riding is your thing. They have a lot of horses which would take your around and stop on an overlooking of the volcano where you could take photos.

1 hour ride cost 350 pesos which is round $7

The horses looked taken very care of and I asked the handler about it. The horses go in rotations which gives them rest. This is the source of income of most of the residents here and also on the volcano there are horse handlers.

After the horse back riding you could go on a eco trail which is very tiring for me. I thought my heart was going to explode as I do not get much exercise these days. Going up and down the trails was exhausting. The scenery was breathtaking though as you go thru the trail.

That is long way up and had to stop a couple of times before we could reach the top. Good thing we had water to keep us hydrated. There are also coconut water being sold so no worries in case you forgot to bring some with you.

47.JPG

After all the riding and walking you can rest you feet in this Fish Spa. Foot massage and fish that would eat dead skin cells off your feet.

48.JPG

A lot of snacks are also sold in this place which is common in stalls here. This is additional income for the store owners and sometime earnings are not enough. They try to maximize what they could offer.
