this year we celebrate the 500th anniversary of the Reinheitsgebot (German Beer Purity Law) for beers in Germany, and today the Oktoberfest in Munich starts. So there is no better day to begin a new series in which I will present the diversity of German breweries and beers.

The Beer
Today the Oktoberfest has started, and in our first edition we feature one of the Oktoberfest beers, the Oktoberfest Märzen from Hacker-Pschorr.

The Brewery
