BITCOIN VS ETHEREUM
Ether is closing the gap on Bitcoin with total market cap and has been performing excellently recently.
So with Bitcoins unbelievably slow transaction times and crazy fees is this the reason we are seeing Ethereum catching up?
I believe part of this is why but also because of the technology behind Ethereum.
Will Ethereum be more valuable then Bitcoin in the future, no I don't think so, I think more and more people are turning to Bitcoin as a store of value rather then as a currency for everyday transactions.
The high fees (I sent $4 worth of Bitcoin to blocktrades because I needed some SBD and with the $4 and fee the transaction totalled $9) and crazy long transaction times are turning people away from Bitcoin but I don't think it will lose its crown and Bitcoin is basically the gold of the crypto world.
MARKET UPDATE
On another note the markets have picked up again from the last two bad days of all being in the red.
NEM has lost its spot in forth place to Ethereum Classic and Litecoin but I think it will reclaim it's place pretty soon.
Steem is holding very well, it did dip below $2 yesterday for a short time but it's back at $2.08 and I must say it's looking strong.
I must say I'm looking at the charts everyday and it's just a gut feeling now but I reckon pretty soon we're in for another major pump through all the coins.
