There was a lot going on last week in the crypto world. That's good #news because it means today was a great crypto-news day. I think you'll see what I mean once you get a good look at the headlines.

First up, Coinbase. It turns out the cryptocurrency exchange has been speaking to U.S. regulators about a federal banking license. Does anyone have any idea why they'd want one of those?

Bitcoin slid into a slump and hit a one-month low. But it quickly rebounded and came into Monday morning looking good.

Last week was Consensus week and everyone thought it was going to rally Bitcoin and crypto like Dodgers fans at a World Series game. But it didn't. In fact crypto wealth slid $52 billion over the week.

On a positive note, OpenBazaar opened the door to peer-to-peer trading for 44 cryptocurrencies. I just wonder which ones.

And Binance decided to double its referral rewards.

Bitmain is pivoting big time into artificial intelligence, which is a good thing because real intelligence isn't looking so good these days.

And from out of nowhere, Kazakhstan's president looked to the United Nations and asked for global rules on cryptocurrencies. Is he trying to start a war?

The leading analysis today is on #Zcash. It turns out the little coin had a bang-up week and turned upward a good 50%.
