Rising crypto waters aren't floating the Steem boat!

As Bitcoin's price left 9k yesterday, we wondered if it was headed to 10k next, and we already have the answer:

10500 at time of writing, which means the correction is over and we're making fresh highs.

There should be at last a couple more corrections before we breach 20k, and one of them is bound to be a big one (25% pullback and at least 3 weeks to recover).

But for the moment, it's off to the Bitcoin races!

Crypto market booms, but Steem busts...

Meanwhile, STEEM has sunk from the top 10 when I started here 2 years ago, to #70 today. :(

(STEEM priced in BTC, going back to the start of STEEM)

It has never been a better time to convert other cryptocurrencies into STEEM. Whether that means now is a good time to do so, remains to be seen. It could always get even worse.

Perhaps we should convert all our STEEM into BTC?

I'm already down over 95%, so I will always curse the day I bought STEEM with Bitcoin, but at least it was a learning experience. I've always been right about Bitcoin's price moves - literally. It sucks that I was wrong about STEEM. I believed that a rising crypto market would float the STEEM boat, but it's actually still headed the other direction.

Good luck to us all. Congratulations to the Bitcoin holders!
