If you are not aware Binance has STEEM, needs to ID/documents to sign up and you should join it ASAP if you didnt. Especially that you are a Streemian!

They started opening branches in different countries, first moved to Malta then made fiat-btc exchange in Uganda.

Now they went for Liechtenstein a small spot for rich people who can get no taxes there.
The new platform will be located in Liechtenstein and offer trading between Swiss Francs (CHF) and euros (EUR) against major digital currencies pairs
