Help Needed!

So without any preamble, here is what I am looking for:

I want to start using Bitconnect where I've already signed up. Now, the next step is to send Bitcoins so that I could lend the minimum amount that is equivalent to $100 at that platform. I have $100 in PayPal. So far, I've signed up at Coinbase and Blockchain but none worked for me. I'm based in Lahore (Pakistan) and these platforms don't allow buying Bitcoins from here. That's the scenario.

Please guide me to take the next action successfully. I'll appreciate your help.
