90 Day Steem Power delegations available from BlockTrades

BlockTrades has re-enabled purchase of Steem Power delegations from our web site at https://blocktrades.us. Steem Power delegations allow a Steem account to vote with more power. Due to the limited supply we have of delegatable Steem Power, we will only be offering 90 day and longer lease periods for delegations (longer delegation periods can be obtained by purchasing a 90 day delegation and then extending it).

Limited supply of immediately delegatable SP

We've powered up an additional 100K of Steem Power but we anticipate that we will rapidly run out of immediately delegatable SP. Once that happens, further orders will be treated as pre-orders that we will fill in a roughly first-in-first-out order.

Deposit Limit of zero indicates pre-orders

If you're not sure if your order will be a pre-order or not, check the "Deposit Limit" above the Send estimator on our web site (in the image below, for example, the deposit limit is 4.1554 BTC). If you send in an amount above the deposit limit it will be treated as a pre-order that will be filled when the Steem Power amount requested for delegation becomes available.

Once the Deposit Limit hits 0, all delegation orders will be treated as pre-orders. If you purchase a pre-order, you will see a red-exclamation point beside your transaction in the Transactions view on the BlockTrades web site. This indicates that your transaction has not fully processed yet. If you click on the exclamation, more information will appear about your transaction and you will see that the status is set to no_refund_address.

Once enough delegatable Steem Power becomes available to fill your pre-order, BlockTrades will process your order and the red exclamation will go away. You will also receive a transfer message to the account that is receiving the delegation. If you got the deposit address for the delegation while logged into your BlockTrades account, you will also receive an email when your delegation pre-order is filled.

Delegations easier to manage with a BlockTrades account

Delegations can be purchased without a BlockTrades account, but they are easier to view and renew if you get the deposit addresses for your delegations while signed in to your account on BlockTrades. You can extend the period of any such delegation at any time, by logging into your BlockTrades account and viewing the Steem Delegations menu under your profile page.

EDIT: All immediately available SP sold in first hour, orders placed now are pre-orders

We had about 110K SP available for immediately delegation and it looks like that all sold out in just under an hour. Orders from this point on will be treated as pre-orders to be filled as SP becomes available. We have about 100K-200K SP coming back each week for the next few weeks.
