Volume #1, The Great Con That is Patriotism ~ Colin Kaepernick on His Knees

This is a blog that I have created exclusively for Steemit, it’s my commentary on the Fascist society that we have been born into, or what I call, “Shut Him Up”, from Bill Hicks famous soliloquy “It’s Just a Ride”…

“The world is like a ride in an amusement park, and when you choose to go on it you think it's real because that's how powerful our minds are. I've got a lot invested in this ride, shut him up! Look at my furrows of worry, look at my big bank account, and my family. This has to be real." It's just a ride. But we always kill the good guys who try and tell us that, you ever notice that? And let the demons run amok … But it doesn't matter, because it's just a ride. And we can change it any time we want. It's only a choice. No effort, no work, no job, no savings of money. Just a simple choice, right now, between fear and love. The eyes of fear want you to put bigger locks on your doors, buy guns, close yourself off. The eyes of love instead see all of us as one. Here's what we can do to change the world, right now, to a better ride. Take all that money we spend on weapons and defenses each year and instead spend it feeding and clothing and educating the poor of the world, which it would pay for many times over, not one human being excluded, and we could explore space, together, both inner and outer, forever, in peace.” 

The premise behind this blog is founded upon the belief that organized society is SOLELY based upon the acquisition of wealth, or the Economics of Money, so that the ruling elites can maintain their power over us. This is Fascism, pure and simple; and if I am going to base an entire blog upon the theory that the nations on this Earth are ruled through Fascist regimes, it behooves me to provide you with THE actual definition of Fascism…

Fascism, noun fas·cism \ˈfa-ˌshi-zəm also ˈfa-ˌsi-\: a system of political and economic rule where Corporations unite with the ruling Government of a country into one body designed to exalt the state into a model of economic and social efficiency through the usage of nationalistic principles, dictatorial powers, often with a tendency towards racism and brutality.

From Kindergarten education and cartoons to health care and our food, everything that society throws out (or should I say, “throws up”) at WE THE PEOPLE is NOT based upon Humanistic principles of Love; rather, it’s solely about upon maintaining their CONTROL over us. And if you look at things from their perspective for a moment, why not? Those that truly rule over the physical wealth of this planet are literally no more than about 20 families (and their paid lackeys); while WE represent the “other” 99.999999% of our species. They are justified in fearing us because we possess the sheer numbers (when we are united) to shape EVERYTHING on this tiny, but perfect planet; leaving THEM to conform with US!      So how does this premise connect to a powerful current event like the Colin Kaepernick circus. By now, most of you know that San Francisco 49’er quarterback did the UNTHINKABLE act of sitting down during the United States national anthem (an anthem written by a slave advocate, for slave owners, with a hidden third verse espousing the despotism of slavery) to provide him the forum to make the following comments post-game…

“This country is supposed to stand for Freedom, Liberty and Justice for all, and it’s not happening for all right now…there are a lot of things going on right now that are unjust, that people are not being held accountable for…and that needs to change…this isn’t new ground, these are things that have been going on for years and years and still haven’t been addressed. Yes, I will continue to sit, so that I can stand with the people that are being oppressed until things have changed…cops are getting paid leave for killing innocent people and that’s not right, it’s never been right…this protest isn’t about me, this is because I see people not having a voice...I’m in a position to help and I’m going to do that. I think that things blowing up like this (against me) is a good thing, it brings awareness…”

“What a nut, he’s a kook, he’s probably a conspiracy theorist to boot!” This is the SINGULAR response from almost all elements of the Mainstream Media (or what should be known as Fascist Propaganda, a la, Joseph Goebbels). Sure, there are those selected stations and talking heads that add in elements of “it was his right” and “he’s justified and entitled”, but they ALL eventually get down to ripping the ingratitude of his actions and the massive dishonor he showed for his very own country…the same old PATRIOTIC BULLSHIT that has come to define the good ‘ole US of A. One of the most heinous voices criticizing Kaepernick, for doing nothing more than exercising his personal right under the First Amendment, is the Republicrat nominee for president, Donald Trump. He represents the best example on planet Earth of Fascist Nationalistic fervor trumping common sense…

He is THE prototypical example of Closed Mindedness and Fear-mongering, created like Frankenstein, by the system of US Fascist Propaganda known as the Mainstream Media; thus, he is also the perfect representation of the human EGO. No, not the Ego that Sigmund Freud tried to sell us through the will of his financial backers; rather the real Ego…the personality construct that takes over the control of our minds, once we capitulate to Fear. So, while most see Trump’s Ego as an orgy of self-aggrandizement, its not…it’s actually such self-loathing that he can no longer bear to even look at himself (which explains the hair). Four times have Trump’s own companies filed for bankruptcy, and each time he has slapped the ordinary, hardworking person in the face by claiming they were “strategic” moves. Well guess what Donald, “strategic” is secret code for desperation.

Trump weighed in on Kaepernick last week, even going so far as to offer to help him “pack his bags” so that he could leave America and go somewhere else. This is THE CLASSIC Nationalistic response of the status quo! “If you don’t like the organized insanity in OUR country, then get the fuck out and go somewhere else”; you would think that this talking point must appear somewhere in the Constitution of the United States, because it is used so often to subvert First Amendment rights.

So, with one half of the two-headed monster telling Kaepernick to get the hell out of the country, what is Hillary Clinton saying about this matter? NOTHING…nada, silence. Why? Because in this day and age of modern Corporate politics, silence is a form of building your image. How does this work, you ask? Political candidates are now forced into taking so many blatantly racist, anti-human, anti-nature stances by their financial controllers, that they either lie or stay silent to actually increase their popularity! So how is this possible? You guessed it, because this 2-Party Fascist dictatorship is AIDED AND ABETTED by their number one weapon, the Mainstream Media. They are the guardian angels watching over this political system of Greed and Hatred. As George Carlin warned us with the mainstream media…

“Keep in mind, the news media are not independent; they are a sort of bulletin board and public relations firm for the ruling class–the people who run things. Those who decide what news you will or will not hear are paid by, and tolerated purely at the whim of, those who hold economic power. If the parent corporation doesn’t want you to know something, it won’t be on the news. Period. Or, at the very least, it will be slanted to suit them, and then barely followed up.”

In the face of all this criticism and absence of support within the mainstream news, Kaepernick had the courage to follow up his initial comments with a deeper response that went into a description of both presidential candidates…

“It wasn’t a timing thing (to the upcoming election), it wasn’t something that was planned. But I think the two presidential candidates that we currently have also represent the issues that we have in this country right now. You have Hillary, who has called black teens or black kids super predators. You have Donald Trump, who is openly racist. We have a presidential candidate (Clinton) who has deleted emails and done things illegally and is a presidential candidate. That doesn’t make sense to me. If that was any other person, you’d be in prison. So what is this country really standing for?”

Incredibly, these comments went unnoticed by the mainstream media? How is this possible? Because television ISN’T REAL folks, it’s an illusory circus created to entertain, dumb-down and confuse the masses on every single topic! Anything that the living, breathing sound-bite Donald Trump says is plastered across the news, especially when he trips over his own tongue; and yet, these comments didn’t make “the big time” because they pointed out the secret about the OTHER candidate, Hilary Clinton (the choice of the ruling elites as their next White House spy).  Kaepernick alluded to the fact that while Trump is an overt rascist, Hillary Clinton is even worse because she’s a predatorial racist, a liar and completely corrupt. Oops, can’t have that on the six o’clock news, so “shut him up, I’ve got a lot invested in this ride, shut him up…”

Hillary Clinton is owned by the ruling elites, thus, she is the darling of the mainstream media…a media with its own head so far up Clinton’s ass that they “refuse” to acknowledge the existence of her constant seizures and falls that play out like an episode of the Keystone Cops. Kaepernick had the wisdom, courage and timeliness to speak the truth on a NATIONAL PLATFORM within the mainstream media; and this is an event that RARELY ever happens to the ruling elites. Because understand this…EVERYBODY that you see and hear on mainstream television…shows, news, sports, entertainment, etc. is a SHILL for the ruling elites…EVERYONE! This is EXACTLY why their little game of subterfuge works so well against us, we are constantly being BOMBARDED with a singular Fascist narrative…a WONDERLAND of myth and fantasy where Capitalism is the ONLY legitimate way to do “business” with one another, that borders are necessary to help define ourselves as human beings while keeping our enemies away from us, that wars occur as acts of Peace and Protection for the masses and that personal surveillance and the absence of privacy is necessary to “weed out the bad apples”!

Wow…what a MASSIVE load of bullshit…good ‘ole fashioned American bullshit…born on Madison Avenue and trucked into most every household via Washington, DC. Colin Kaepernick merely spoke the truth about what is going on around him; to see that he did simply requires COMMON SENSE; and yet, he stands alone amongst approximately 10,000 currently active millionaires playing these silly games for a living. Why? The last current professional athlete to “speak his mind” and tell some truth about Sports and the ruling elites was Adrian Peterson, who said that equality for Blacks hadn’t really changed. Only now, Black athletes were being paid in the hundreds of millions of dollars to continue being the performing slaves to the WHITE ruling elites. For his troubles, Adrian Peterson had a family matter turn into a national soap opera, that cost him an entire season of his professional life for an action (whether right or wrong) that wasn’t even illegal in the state it occurred in. That’s the message…that’s the result for ANYONE whose in the INNER CIRCLE of mainstream television…you shut up and perform your role, or out you go…to the cold, blowing winds outside of “the game”…to the Siberia of alternative television, trying to scrape out a living as a ‘Conspiracy Theorist’!

Our physical bodies are living within an insane asylum of never-ending illusions. A dream within a dream, within a dream. “Nationalism” has become a NEWSPEAK word from George Orwell’s novel, 1984. If you are nationalistic, you are “accepted” and “safe”; but if anyone should persist in the foolish practice of speaking out against this subterfuge insanity, uh, I mean, nationalism, then they are a non-believer, an outsider, a conspiracy theorist…a THREAT! But the real insanity is held those people who choose to CONFORM with society’s little game, thinking that they are actually “fortunate” to be on the winning-team, the “right-side” of the battle. Just think of ALL those “famous” millionaires in Hollywood, on TV, or in the music industry that we are told to look up to and idolize…they are SILENT when all this sick, overt corruption is going on right underneath their collective noses. Content to “live it up” and promote the myth that is the American dream, while all of our civil liberties are steadily taken away from us. Wow, now those are role models; sadly though, they are modelling for the ruling elites and NOT Humanity!

Nationalism is nothing more than a device designed to trick the masses into excessive acts of Patriotism, such as fighting in rich men’s wars, and to accept ANY policy that is seen as a “necessary” to defend the nation. Under these auspices ANYTHING is possible, including illegally invading a sovereign nation killing millions of innocent people, fighting a NEVER-ENDING war on a Noun (terror), and ridiculing decent human beings (risking their careers and access to income) for standing up for what is right and kneeling down for what is wrong!

But this system of government rule MUST do these things to maintain its tenuous existence. They must constantly paint a false image to the nation of what is real and what is right so that they can create a false reality where they are perceived as not only necessary, but essential; and the worse the world outside of a nation-state gets, the more power is accrued by governments…meaning, they ALL benefit from a perpetual state of chaos, or the illusory belief that the world is FUBAR. Here are the thoughts of the current president of the United States, Barry Soetoro, on Nationalism, they are full of words promoting the loss of the individual and their rights, in the name of “the greater good” and blind sacrifice…

“We, the People, recognize that we have responsibilities as well as rights; that our destinies are bound together; that a freedom which only asks what's in it for me, a freedom without a commitment to others, a freedom without love or charity or duty or patriotism, is unworthy of our founding.”

What should horrify Americans about this quote and what happened two weeks ago at a pre-season football game, are not Kaepernick’s decision to remain seated during the national anthem or the president promoting the loss of civil liberties, but that we are having yet another senseless debate over COMMON SENSE! That the reality of Kaepernick’s words (Love, Peace and Cooperation) are being blindly met with this nationalistic rhetoric of hate. Kaepernick is merely applying the traditions in organized sports of Muhammed Ali, Tommie Smith and John Carlos…the understanding and acceptance that we are all different, matched to the belief that we are all one, and thus, EQUAL in value. Where are the subversion and ingratitude of these beliefs? You can’t actually see them because they don’t exist! These men merely spoke the COMMON SENSE of what is, and only in an upside-down, diseased society full of putrid talking heads, can their remarks be vilified as dangerous and anti-American! Here are a few thoughts about Nationalism and Patriotism from minds that I Love, Trust and Respect…

The fact is, EVERY ideology ever espoused upon this Earth is full of shit because they all posit the scenario of This OR That, instead of This AND That. No matter how far you have placed your own head up your ass, attempting to hide behind society’s newest God, Modern Science, you still cannot escape from this simple truth…Humanity is a Freak show…filled with infinite creativity and individuality through one another and yet we are inexplicably connected together as one cosmic, sentient being…a reality where synchronicity rules instead of limiting theories such as gravity and linear time. Nationalism/Patriotism are PART OF THE PROBLEM because they promote a line in the sand…a This OR That world (“you’re either with us, or against us”) of enemies and borders that separate us. Colin Kaepernick represents the antithesis of this world…an Open Mind who goes beyond these illusions to see what truly is and asks “why”, and then goes deeper and asks, “why not”? Isn’t this what both John and Bobby Kennedy asked the American people before they were shot in the head??? Isn’t this the basis of the beautiful words of Martin Luther King, Malcolm X and Nelson Mandela???

 Ultimately, your world is ruled by YOU, not some corrupt Fascist government populated with puppet leaders on the take. Each of us decide what our every moment will look like by the choices that we make. So, in the tradition of Clint Eastwood, all of us have to ask ourselves a singular question, what world do we want to be part of? One that automatically draws a threatening line in the sand every time a true Patriot (a supporter of truth, honesty and integrity) speaks out against inequity, or one that takes the time to listen…to ponder…and then to respond in gratitude instead of anger??? This is the only question that you ever have to ask yourself if you wish to change the world, “do I want to support the side of Fear or embrace Love?” Because you alone cannot change the minds of everyone else out there through force, we do not possess that kind of power; however, we do hold total power over of our own minds through the gift of Free Will. As Gandhi said, “be the change that you wish to see in the world”, be part of the solution to problems, not part of the problem to solutions. World politics is simply one diseased arm of our global society, which is now almost entirely built upon the concepts of Fear and Division. Colin Kaepernick is standing alone, as one man staring into the face of this corrupt monster, and instead of blinking and running away, he’s standing before us asking us a simple question, “is this the reality that we want to be supporting?” Well, is it?
