Well it may be 4/20 but according to this it's 5 o'clock. That's mainly because I was too lazy to change the batteries in this Budweiser neon clock and it eventually broke the clock part. When the batteries got too week to move the hand up against gravity it kept ticking up then falling back until it wore the gears out. Now I just leave it set to 5 o'clock so it's always happy hour.
