Well I couldn't find anything Irish or St. Patrick's Day related for today's episode. Also getting really low on stuff off my walls. This one probably has the worst pictures ever too. It's that time of the year when the sun is at the right angle to come right in one window making picture taking difficult. This one is also still in the original wrapping which has wrinkled over the decades making it even worse. Anyway I really like this picture so doing it anyway. It's an artists depiction of the Battle Before the Gate from the Lord of the Rings. You should be able to make out Gandalf riding the Lord of the Eagles into battle above the archers atop the walls. I found this in a music store when I was in college. Bought it and hung it on my wall. Brought it home and it's been sitting around waiting to find a good location ever since. It still even has the poster putty on the back from school. Over the years that plastic has wrinkled and the cardboard backing has taken some damage on the edges but the picture itself is still in great shape. One of these days I will buy a nice frame for it and put it up.
